Extensive research and design by an experienced design team produced a uniform pattern designed with wearer comfort and operational requirements in mind. Garment quality is a function of material durability as well as stitching. Material will vary based on the requirements of the customer, however the manufacturing standard remains the same for all garments. The stitching standard ensured is of high quality with reinforcement in high stress areas. YKK brass zipper used on pants and bar-button type with paracord attachment used throughout.
The standard garment features reinforced knee and seat as well as a reinforced pocket knife clip interface, with ergonomically placed thigh pockets. Thigh pockets are standard 8inch/20cm size to allow for storage of field notebooks. All main closures including the pants waistband are by ruggedized bar-buttons. All button closures are covered to prevent abrasion and wear of the buttons. Waistband is designed with 5cm reinforced belt loops for integration with a standard wide patrol belt.
